Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Taqwa Jewellers LLP, we value our customers and strive to provide complete transparency in our processes. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellations after this period may not be accepted as processing, hallmarking, or dispatch may have already begun.

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the design process has started.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged in transit.

  • The product is defective or fails quality standards.

  • The product is different from what was ordered (wrong design/size).

For exchanges:

  • Customers may request a different size or design (subject to availability).

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the error was on our side.

Important:

  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, invoices, and certificates intact.

  • Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection by our experts.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item clears inspection.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized jewellery (including engraved, personalized, or name jewellery).

  • Made-to-order pieces crafted specifically for the customer.

  • Jewellery damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear & tear.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to the policies stated above. In case of any disputes, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbra/Thane, Maharashtra.

6. Policy Effective Date

This Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy is effective from 10-09-2025 [DD-MM-YYYY] and is subject to updates or modifications at the discretion of Taqwa Jewellers LLP.
