Ready stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Customized / made-to-order jewellery requires 7–21 business days, depending on design complexity and hallmarking timelines.
2. Shipping Time
Domestic (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International shipping (if applicable) will be governed by separate timelines and charges.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping within India on orders above ₹10,000.
Orders below this value may attract a nominal shipping charge (displayed at checkout).
4. Insurance
All shipments are 100% insured until delivery.
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will either:
Replace the item, or
Provide a full refund after verification.
5. Packaging
Products are shipped in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.
High-value items may be double packed and shipped via secure logistics partners for added protection.
