Each band is made of leaves. Every leaf is a pointed oval with a thin beaded outline, and inside it sits a fine lattice pattern. The leaves touch each other directly, with no plain bar between them, so one flows into the next all the way round the wrist. Because the lattice is open, light passes through and the bangle looks a little different from every angle. Openwork also uses less gold than a solid band of the same width, so these 18KT gold bangles feel lighter on the wrist than they look.
