* All gold bars and coins are sold with the mentioned purity (e.g., 22kt / 24kt) and are BIS Hallmarked.
* Weight tolerance, if any, will be as per BIS standards.

2.⁠ ⁠Pricing Policy

* Prices are based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of billing.
* Making (Packing) charges and GST will be extra and billed separately.

3.⁠ ⁠Buyback / Exchange

* 100% buyback on all gold jewellery of 18kt and 22kt after deducting making charges and GST.
* Original bill and product must be presented for buyback or exchange.

4.⁠ ⁠Offers & Discounts

* Any ongoing discount / cashback / free gift offers are *not applicable* on purchase of gold bars and coins unless specifically mentioned.
* Gold bars and coins are generally excluded from “lucky draws” or promotional schemes unless stated otherwise.

5.⁠ ⁠Return & Refund

* Gold bars and coins once sold cannot be returned or refunded due to purity and market fluctuation reasons.

6.⁠ ⁠Billing & Identification

* Valid ID proof is mandatory for purchases above the prescribed government limit.
* PAN details may be required for transactions above ₹2,00,000 as per Income Tax regulations.

7.⁠ ⁠Custom Orders

* Special request designs or bulk orders for coins may require advance payment and longer delivery timelines.

8.⁠ ⁠Company Rights

Taqwa Jewellers reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw the terms and conditions without prior notice.
