2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment must be received before dispatch of the order.
For customized or made-to-order gold and silver jewellery, a 75% advance payment is mandatory.
3. Purity & Certification
All gold jewellery sold by Taqwa Jewellers LLP is BIS Hallmarked (Bureau of Indian Standards), guaranteeing purity and authenticity.
Silver jewellery is sold with purity markings (e.g., 92.5 Sterling Silver) as per industry standards.
Each purchase is accompanied by an official invoice mentioning product specifications and purity details.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, brand logos, website content, and creative assets are the intellectual property of Taqwa Jewellers LLP.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our content, designs, or branding is strictly prohibited.
5. User Obligations
Customers must provide accurate and complete details (name, address, contact number, email) for smooth order processing and delivery.
Any attempt of fraudulent transactions, false claims, chargebacks, or misuse of offers/discounts will lead to cancellation of the order and may invite legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Taqwa Jewellers LLP shall not be held responsible for damages, loss, or theft of jewellery once the product is delivered successfully.
Regular wear & tear, mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage of jewellery does not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
